Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how the personal data of visitors to the website iznachalye.ru (the Site) is processed and protected. It has been drawn up in line with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and the secondary legislation that governs the processing of personal data in the Russian Federation.

The Policy uses the following key terms:

  • Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject).
  • Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions performed with personal data by automated means, including collection, recording, storage, refinement, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking and deletion.
  • Operator — the person who organises and carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes and content of that processing.
  • Data subject — the natural person to whom the personal data relates.

3. Purposes of processing

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • keeping the Site running, available and secure;
  • maintaining server logs to diagnose the Site’s operation and protect it;
  • reviewing enquiries received at the operator’s e-mail address and preparing replies to them.

4. Legal grounds for processing

Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds:

  • Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”;
  • consent of the data subject to the processing of their personal data, where such consent is required;
  • the operator’s legitimate interest in keeping the Site working and secure.

5. Categories and scope of data processed

The Operator processes the following categories of data:

  • the visitor’s IP address (server logs);
  • technical server-log data: the date and time of the request, the user-agent;
  • technical data about the browser and device (browser type and version, operating system, screen settings and similar details);
  • the e-mail address and the content of an enquiry — when contacting the operator by e-mail.

A note on the data that is kept in the visitor’s browser. The Site uses localStorage to remember the chosen interface language and sessionStorage to keep the chosen colour theme. This data is stored locally in the visitor’s browser and serves to make the Site easier to use. The Site does not use cookies.

6. Categories of data subjects

The data subjects are visitors to the Site, including people who send enquiries to the operator’s e-mail address.

7. How data is processed; transfer to third parties

Personal data is processed by automated means. The Site is hosted on the operator’s servers. The Operator processes personal data on its own and does not transfer it to third parties. No third-party web-analytics services are used on the Site. The Operator carries out no cross-border transfer of personal data.

Personal data is retained for as long as the purposes of processing require. Data is deleted or anonymised once those purposes are met, and also at the data subject’s request within the limits set by law. Server logs are kept for a reasonable period needed to keep the Site secure and to diagnose its operation.

8. Rights of data subjects

A data subject has the right to:

  • obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
  • request that their personal data be corrected;
  • request that their personal data be blocked or deleted;
  • withdraw consent given earlier for processing;
  • appeal the operator’s actions or inaction to the authority for the protection of data subjects’ rights or through the courts.

To exercise these rights, a data subject sends a request to the e-mail address vavilova230@gmail.com. The Operator reviews the request and replies within the time limits set by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Data protection measures

The Operator takes organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. These measures include transmitting data over the secure HTTPS/TLS protocol, restricting access to the data and regularly checking the state of the protection in place.

10. Final provisions

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version of the Policy is published on the Site. Last updated: 20 June 2026.
