User Agreement

1. General provisions and subject matter

This User Agreement (the Agreement) governs the relationship between Individual entrepreneur Evgenia Aleksandrovna Yakimova (ИП Якимова Евгения Александровна) (the Operator) and a visitor to the website iznachalye.ru (the User). The subject of the Agreement is the terms on which the Site and the materials posted on it may be used.

Using the Site means that the User accepts the terms of the Agreement. A User who disagrees with the terms should refrain from using the Site.

2. Status of the site

The Site is an information resource devoted to the Primordium book series. It works as a showcase: it holds information about the books, links to marketplaces where the editions can be bought, and a link to the Telegram bot that accompanies the reader. Purchases and delivery are handled on the side of the relevant marketplaces under their own rules.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, design, graphic elements, book materials and other items posted on the Site are protected by intellectual-property law. The rights to these items belong to the Operator and to other rightsholders.

Copying, reproduction, distribution and any other use of the Site’s materials are allowed with the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rightsholder.

4. Rules for using the site

The User undertakes to:

• use the Site for lawful purposes;
• respect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator and of third parties;
• refrain from actions that harm the Site’s operation and security.

5. Links to third-party resources

The Site contains links to third-party resources, including the Wildberries and Ozon marketplaces and Telegram. These resources are outside the Operator’s control. The Operator is not responsible for the content of third-party resources, their availability, or the consequences of using them. The User follows such links at their own discretion.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. The Operator makes an effort to keep the Site working correctly and the posted information up to date. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Site and is released from liability for any breaks in access caused by technical reasons.

The Operator is released from liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, within the limits permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Amending the agreement

The Operator may amend the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are made means that the User accepts the new version.

8. Governing law and contacts

The Agreement and the relationship between the parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Last updated: 20 June 2026.
